Hardware

  • Built video editing workstations including software and hardware installation; interfaced computers with cameras and peripherals.

  • Set up writer’s offices – buying, installing, configuring and backing up computers, connecting printers, scanners and phone lines, card installation, computer building, software buying, ordering supplies and media.

  • Configured and networked labs of 10 - 12 computers, loading Operating Systems and all software (Linux and Windows), and upgraded from Windows98 and NT to XP and MAC OSX, installing peripherals.

Assistant to the Executive Director: Our Place Day Care (serving homeless women's shelters in Seattle). Developed forms and database, converted old database to new, kept all records, paid all bills, wrote macros to generate monthly, quarterly and yearly City and County reports.

Sound Mixer: 2 feature length and 3 (16mm) short films. Included organizing crews and shoots, editing, directing and writing. Winner Nell Shipman Award for Audio, Women in Film 1999.
