Tamzara is a very intelligent mare that learns and retains her lessons well. She likes a good puzzle, and this has led to her becoming a great escape artist.

Because of her smooth gait, she has a great trot to sit, and because she is so surefooted, she is a dream to ride on the trail. Her stocky build also makes her a good pack pony. Due to her wonderful personality and small size, she is a great favorite with children.
