I'm sure there's some CSS trick you can use to make them overlap properly.

, under a Creative Commons license. I'd suggest, if possible, putting "Arrows and mines by NMcCoy" in the View More Emoticons popup, or if that's not possible then the FAQ would be fine. Also, I'd appreciate not linking it directly from my site. Thanks!
