Francois Cesar Jean Dallons was born in Charleroi, Belgium in 1860, the son of Marie Therese Dehout and Jean Baptiste Dallons. He had one sister, Elvire. He worked in a glass factory as a blacksmith. Francois married Emilia CHAUSTEUR 26 February, 1885. His sister married Emilia's brother. They all emigrated to the United States in 1890 when work in the glass factories in Belgium became hard to find. Frank's family joined them several years later. Frank developed pneumonia and died on March 11th 1912, and was buried in the Stockton, California Rural Cemetery. |
