Boy Scouts of America

Because of the Boy Scouts of America's policies of exclusivity in recent years, I can no longer in good faith support their programs. When I was a Scout, we were taught tolerance. The leadership of the BSA seems to have forgotten that lesson.

Rather than make some trivial statement against their policies such as returning my Eagle Scout badge which I earned nearly 30 years ago, I intend to object in a much more significant fashion. I am going to withold my son from participating in the Boy Scouts of America's programs.
