RECREATIONAL SCHEDULE DESCRIPTION

SIX TEAM LEAGUE - 10 games (6 teams)

This schedule allows each team to play all other teams 2 times (home and away). This schedule has no ALPHA games and no bye. rec6

EIGHT TEAM LEAGUE - 10 games (8 teams)

This schedule allows each team to play 4 other teams 1 time each and the remaining 3 teams 2 times (home and away). This schedule has 1 ALPHA game (played as game 8 on an available field) and no byes. rec8

FIVE TEAM LEAGUE - 10 games (5 teams)

This schedule allows each team to play 2 teams 2 times (home and away) and the other 2 teams 3 times. This schedule has 2 ALPHA games (the third ALPHA game is a bye) and 2 byes. rec5

SEVEN TEAM LEAGUE - 10 games (7 teams)

This schedule allows each team to play 2 other teams 1 time each and the remaining 4 teams 2 times (home and away). This schedule has 1 or 2 ALPHA games (the second and/or third listed ALPHA games are byes) and 2 byes. rec7

TEN TEAM LEAGUE - 10 games (10 teams)

This schedule al lows each team to play 8 other teams 1 time each and the remaining 1 team 2 times (home and away). The schedule has 1 ALPHA game (played as game 11 on an available field) and no byes. rec10

NINE TEAM LEAGUE - 10 games (9 teams)

This schedule al lows each team to play 6 other teams 1 time each and the remaining 2 teams 2 times (home and away). This schedule has 1 or 2 ALPHA games (the second ALPHA game is usually a bye) and 1 or 2 byes. rec9

FOUR TEAM LEAGUE - 10 games (4 teams)

This schedule allows a team to play 2 teams 3 times (home and away plus another) and 1 team 4 times (equal home and away). This league has no ALPHA games or byes. rec4_10

FOUR TEAM LEAGUE - 12 games (4 teams)

This schedule allows each team to play all other teams 4 times (equal home and away). The schedule has 2 ALPHA games and no byes. rec4_12

SIX BY SIX TEAM CROSS LEAGUE - 11 games (11 or 12 teams)

This schedule allows each team to play all other teams 1 time. The inter-divisional games are spread through the season. This schedule has 1 ALPHA game and no byes for 12 teams. If only 11 teams are available, each team has 1 bye and 10 games. rec6x6

FIVE BY FIVE TEAM CROSS LEAGUE - 10 games (10 teams)

This schedule allows each team to play all other teams 1 time (home or away) except one cross team which is played 2 times (home and away). The schedule has 1 ALPHA game (played instead of double byes on available fields) and 1 bye. rec5x5

NOTE

When like teams (i.e. 1 and 11) are playing in the above league, one of the two teams is playing away although it is normally scheduled as home. This will not cause field usage conflict (it has the same affect as a bye).

FIVE BY FIVE TEAM TOUCH LEAGUE - 10 games (10 teams)

This schedule allows each team to play all other teams in their division 2 times (home and away) and play one team from the other division 2 times (home and away).This schedule has no ALPHA games and no byes. It is used primarily to reduce the number of byes normally encountered in 5 team leagues. The cross games may be considered practice games if desired. rec5t5

FOUR BY FOUR TEAM CROSS LEAGUE - 10 games (8 teams)

This schedule allows a team to play all other teams In their division 2 times (home and away) and all teams in the other division 1 time. This schedule has 1 ALPHA game (played as game 10 on an available field) and 1 bye. rec4x4

NOTE

When like teams (i.e. 1 and 11) are playing in the above league, one of the two teams is playing away although it is normally scheduled as home. This will not cause field usage conflict (it has the same affect as a bye).
