In honor of the official World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition and the rules governing the competition process, I voluntarily closed access to the web-based presentation of my memorial design when I submitted it in June 2003. Now that a winner has been chosen, I have decided to relaunch the Garden Steps webpage, because I believe the Garden Steps remains a powerful conceptual memorial to the victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks, and to victims of hate crimes throughout time and throughout the world. The relaunch will occur during Spring 2004. Until then, you can view a digitized copy of the Garden Steps presentation board archived on the competition website.
