• You may order by mail (if paying with check, money order or credit card).

• You may order by phone TOLL-FREE (1-800-998-5945) for U.S. residents paying by credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
• You may order by fax (1-425-391-7992) if paying by credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
  Credit cards we currently accept are VISA and Mastercard. Checks and money orders must be payable in U.S. funds.

SPECIAL NOTE: Our website host company has merged with another company (twice!); the secure server that our order form goes to is still a secure server but the "certificate" for it has expired while the website host is deciding how to merge different servers and which certificates will then be renewed. They tell us as of March 8, 2006 that this should be resolved within the month, but in the meantime, you may get a warning message telling you that the certificate (issued to oz.net) has expired. We apologize for this but it is out of our control, and the order forms do still work. Upon request, we will keep your name, address and credit card information on file for convenience when placing future orders (this information is not stored on a computer).
• Shipping: We make shipments by both UPS and post office, depending on weight, value and destination (shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and foreign countries will generally be made by mail). If you use different addresses for UPS and mail deliveries, please provide both. PLEASE give as much address information as possible (i.e. apartment numbers, suite numbers, c/o information, whether the address is a street, avenue, way, etc) as UPS charges us $5.00 if there is any missing or incorrect information.

  We do not charge additional shipping on backordered items. We may charge additional shipping if you order both special-order and regularly stocked items and do not wish to wait for them to be sent together. Please see the following table for shipping charges that apply to residents of the continental U.S. - these are the maximum shipping charges that will be made unless you request special shipping (i.e. 2nd day air), but in many cases we charge less than the maximum .

  Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and foreign countries will be charged the actual cost of shipping; please contact us for a quote.
