My second most favorite hobby is dirt bike riding I've been riding motorcycles for as long as I can remember, my first bike was a 1974 Honda Elisnore 50cc.   For a 50 that is the strongest bike I have ever seen, we still have it and every once in my friends and I will take it out and ride it, and the engine never seems to mind how much weight is on it, it just keeps going.  My second bike was a 1974 Honda MT 250, this bike weighs alot, "Hurts something bad when it falls on you".  It was nice to get a bigger bike, but it wasn't too reliable, would run one day and not the next.  I don't ride it a whole lot anymore, I've been fixing it up trying to restore it, when I received the bike it was stored in a trailer for at least 5 years, so she's had a hard life.

After having the MT break down on me a few times, I decided I needed a new bike,  so I was able to find a 1987 XR250.  This has been the best bike I have ever had.  It has never gave me any troubles when I take it riding, it just keeps going no matter what I take it through.  I have been through spots where the water is almost deep enough to reach the Gas tank.  What else I love about this bike is a tank a gas will last almost a whole day of riding (on my old bike I would have to fill it up at least twice).  Also with this bike there is NO MIXING OIL, I hated doing that with my other bikes.  The only maintenance I have to do is to make sure to grease the suspension and change the oil.
