The Deep Stuff
This was one of those days where I shouldn't have gotten out of bed. I woke up to rain. If true to form the first of about 100 days of this stuff.
Nothing like seeing that first thing in the morning and the next you look in the mirror only to find that Mt. Vasuvious is developing on your forehead. So I finished getting ready and headed out the door. Got half way to work when I realized I forgot my lunch! Doh! At least I know what I am having for dinner tonight.
So work sucked today. I rushed around trying to get this project done. Well I discovered that there was a major problem that I couldn't solve. I get all worked up on that only to find out that I have been working on the wrong product. I get started on that one only to find it too has the same problem. I have no idea what the hell I am doing any more too boot. I am extremely frustrated.
Okay so it is at least pay day. I run out at lunch and go through the drive through at the bank (my favorite teller wasn't working today either.) Get my little tube back and take my receipt and cash out and pull away only to then *try* to roll up my window to find that it won't. As I mentioned earlier.... It was the first full day of non-stop rain. Luckily the gas station down the street was able to take the panels off the door and fix it. They said that it would cost about $37. Luckily I looked pathetically sad and upset and girlie (thank god I put on makeup and lipstick today) and he only charged me $10.
I really am getting frustrated with the whole work scene and need to do something about it.
Mental Note: Must figure out what I want to be when I grow up.
The Day's Activities

- Cuss out drivers on way to work for being idiots.
- Bang head on monitor trying to figure out project.
- Look like idiot for doing wrong product.
- Bang head on monitor trying to figure out project (this time the right product.)
- Bank, gas station and lunch.
- Dry off.
- More banging.
- Frustration to the point of tears, smoking and chocolate.
- Get email from old coworker and old high school chum. Weird.
