The Deep Stuff
It was a gray and dreary day... Feeling very dark and moody today. Dark clothes, dark makeup and a dark soul. Okay not really a dark soul, but it sounded good. I am actually in a good mood today. Had a productive day which is good. I was due for one of those.
I woke up dragged myself out of bed and went out for my morning lung pollution. I sat down, lit up, looked up and was completely stunned to see the trees were stunningly orange, crimson and yellow. My first thought was when the hell did this happen? I swear they weren't like that yesterday.
I pulled out the burgundy colors today in celebration. If I get up early enough on Friday I might even dress up like a girl and wear a.... <insert drum roll here> dress or skirt! I think I have finally decided on my fall and winter colors: burgundy, brown, black & gray.
Well I got the dreaded review form. I absolutely loath filling those stupid things out. Maybe I will get drunk and fill it out. Improve the ol' creativity thing. They are all about stretching the truth about what you do or lying to make yourself look good. I wonder how I can incorporate screwing off on the web and doing my website into a positive corporate experience.
That reminds me. I am highly considering buying a domain name of my own. I just think it would be cool.
The Day's Activities
Let's see...
- Water proof new leather jacket.
- Fetch good coffee from coffee shop up the street.
- Sweet talk those with power into letting me get around a problem.
- Lunch at the Goat Cheese Place
- More butt kissing.
- Solve e-mail argument.
- Burn a couple of CD's.
- Misc. work.
- Receive review forms... Yuk. I hate filling these out.
