Located a mile from the "town" of West End and the Airport, on the island's North shore, this house (built in late '96), is sited on 115' of Carribean Sea-front, screened from neighboring homes by tropical gardens and natural vegetation.
The second floor living quarters of this home include a comfortable living room, large dining area, spacious kitchen (with all modern appliances), one bedroom with Queen size bed (the sofa is also a fold-out double bed) and bath.  On the sea-side off the living/dining room is a 12' x 27' partially covered deck for outside dining, sunbathing or just relaxation.
On the entry level is a garage & laundry room (w/Washer & Dryer), plus a 11' x 27' patio with outside shower facility.
We have made every attempt to create a sandy beach for your swimming or sunning pleasure.   However, the Sea doesn't always cooperate, so you may find a few pieces of coral or stone along the water's edge.
The site is very conveniently located:  it's a block from the gas station, 3 blocks to the grocery store, less than a mile to town and about two miles to the Dive shops and hotels.
Upon your arrival at Gerrard Smith Airport (usually late at night), you'll be met by Dannie or Dole Dixon who will escort you to the house and get you "settled in".
They will also have a stocked refrigerator with a few items (juice, milk, eggs, & bread), to make your first morning's breakfast without having to "run to the store".

"Off Season" Rates: $110/night (stay 7 nights, get 1 night free);
Long Term Stays (Over 3 weeks): $700/week "In Season" / $625/week "Off Season"
